The client needed a compact and efficient way to store their high-volume inventory of small bins. Our solution? A fully customizable pull-push shelving system designed to fit under their existing pallet racking.

Each Unit Size: Height 70″ (1800mm), Width 48″, Depth 24″

Storage Capacity: 630 Bins (Each Bin – L 16″, W 6″, H 4″)
To enhance safety and usability, we included:

Closed side panels on both ends close structure

Extra braces on the back to prevent bins from falling

A pull-out mechanism that allows units to slide open for access and close to save space
This design helps keep the area organized, maximizes every inch of available space, and allows for quick picking and restocking.
