Column

The connection between the Unicant column and the cantilever arm is created with only two high resistance bolts (Class 12.9, according to DIN 912). This feature facilitates the speed of assembly.The geometry of this unique connection is the result of exhaustive structural analysis and meticulous testing aimed at creating a connection which will provide clients maximum ease of use coupled with top performance.
The simplicity of the connection coupled with the wide range of pre-assembled accessories available on cantilever arms ensure a particularly fast and effortless assembly of the Unicant cantilever structures. The Unicant cantilever is manufactured in the standard colour of red RAL 3000 for the main structural elements.

Standard Arm

The Unicant cantilever arms can be accessorized with steel planks, thus creating open storage levels clear of obstacles. Steel planks are available as smooth, moulded, or perforated. The Unicant cantilever arms are manufactured in the standard colour of yellow RAL 1004, ensuring an optimal visibility of the structure.
The Unicant cantilever arms can be supplied with a wide range of accessories such as end stop, spool holders, and steel plank tops, thus tailoring the loading surface to specific requirements.

Bracing

The cross bracings are made from closed galvanized profile sections manufactured using sophisticated roll forming technology and zinc coated according to the Sendzimir procedure.

The UNICANT system is ideal for the storage of long goods. The range of available arm lengths and load bearing capacities allow the system to provide solutions for a large variety of goods, such as, wood panels, sheet metal plastic and metal profiles, semi finished products etc.

The UNICANT cantilever system is self sustaining and therefore does not require to be attached to walls or other fixed objects to guarantee its load bearing capacity. The loading levels are easily varied at a pitch of 50mm.
